How does the doubled first deposit work?

We match your first deposit one time. Deposit $500 and you get $1,000 of ad credit to spend on impressions. The minimum qualifying deposit is $200 and the bonus is capped at $5,000. There is no top-up bonus on later deposits.

What ad formats do you offer?

Native, responsive ads: a headline, a short description and your logo or image. One ad automatically adapts to every placement and screen size and is styled to match each game, so it feels part of the page instead of a banner players learned to ignore. Sold on a CPM basis (per 1,000 impressions).

Where do my ads appear?

Across the ForYouGaming network of season-based browser and mobile games. You manage campaigns in the ForYouGaming Ads dashboard.

How do I pay?

You top up your ad wallet with a major payment method or with Bitcoin. Your campaigns spend from the wallet balance, and every top-up is invoiced by Forest Road B.V.

Can I get a refund?

No. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable. The balance can only be spent on ad impressions, so top up what you plan to spend.

Are ads reviewed?

Yes. Every ad is checked before it goes live, which keeps the network high-quality for players and advertisers. Read the ad rules.

Do you sell or offer crypto?

No. Advertising services are provided by Forest Road B.V. We sell advertising only and never offer, sell or trade crypto assets. Accepting Bitcoin as payment does not change that.

What does a CPM cost?

Native ads start at $6 CPM: $6 per 1,000 impressions across the network. Geo targeting by country is available at a surcharge on top of the base CPM. Your exact rate is shown in the dashboard before you launch.

1. Who we are

Advertising services under the crypto.ad name are provided by Forest Road B.V., Herengracht 449A, Amsterdam, the Netherlands ("we", "us"). Forest Road B.V. is your contracting party and issues all invoices. Campaigns are created and managed on the ForYouGaming Ads platform.

2. Advertising services only

We sell display advertising. We do not offer, sell, exchange, custody or promote crypto assets on our own behalf. Accepting Bitcoin as a payment method does not change this. Nothing on this site is investment, financial or legal advice.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and act on behalf of a business. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account and billing details and for activity under your account.

4. Ad format and pricing

Ads are native, responsive ad units (headline, description and image) sold on a CPM basis (cost per 1,000 impressions), starting at $6 CPM for network-wide delivery. We decide how an ad is rendered in each placement, including its size, layout and styling, and it is always labelled as an ad. Geo targeting by country is charged as a surcharge on top of the base CPM. The rate that applies to a campaign is shown in the dashboard before it starts.

4a. Targeting and local rules

Crypto advertising is restricted or regulated in some countries. You are responsible for making sure your ads and the countries you target comply with local law, including financial-promotion and crypto-marketing rules. We may block delivery to certain countries, require you to exclude them, or decline campaigns we consider non-compliant.

5. Ad wallet and payment

Campaigns are prepaid. You top up your ad wallet and your campaigns spend from its balance as impressions are delivered. We accept major payment methods and Bitcoin. Bitcoin payments are credited at the exchange rate shown at checkout, and you pay any network fees. Every top-up is invoiced by Forest Road B.V. to the business details on your account. The wallet balance is ad credit only: it is not a bank account, earns no interest and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash or crypto.

6. No refunds

All wallet top-ups are final and non-refundable, including any unspent balance and balances on accounts closed for breach of these terms. Card chargebacks or payment reversals on valid top-ups may lead to suspension of your account.

7. Ad content rules

Your ads and landing pages must be lawful, honest and not misleading. We do not accept, among others:

Every ad is reviewed before it runs, and we may reject, pause or remove any ad at any time at our discretion. If we find an ad or landing page is a scam, or is linked to one, we remove all your ads, close your account, and the remaining wallet balance is forfeited. We may report scam advertisers to the relevant authorities and platforms.

7a. Casino, betting and prediction-market ads

Casino, sports betting, prediction-market and other gambling ads are accepted under these extra conditions:

We may ask for your licence before approval, require geo targeting for gambling campaigns, exclude certain countries or placements, and pause any gambling campaign at any time.

8. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your ads, landing pages, tokens and products, and for holding any licences or registrations they require. You indemnify us against claims arising from them.

9. Delivery and reporting

We aim to deliver impressions as booked but don't guarantee specific volumes, placements, clicks or results. Dashboard reporting is the basis for billing.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from its "last updated" date.

12. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam.

What this site collects

This landing page doesn't use forms, accounts or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider logs standard technical data (IP address, browser, time of visit) for security and keeps it for [X] days. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Advertiser accounts

When you sign up on the ForYouGaming Ads dashboard, we process your name, email, company and billing details, and campaign data, to run your account, deliver ads and issue invoices (performance of contract), and to meet tax and bookkeeping duties (legal obligation). Invoices and billing records are kept for 7 years as required by Dutch law.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, such as hosting and payment processors, under data-processing agreements. Payment processors handle your card and payment details directly; we don't store full card numbers. If you pay with Bitcoin, the transaction is recorded on the public Bitcoin blockchain, which we don't control. We may share data with authorities where the law requires it or to report fraud. We don't sell personal data.

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, or object to processing, by emailing advertisers@forestroad.capital. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
